BFF Announces: EXPLORE! BFF (Bicycle Friendly Farmington)

Dust off the pedal-powered vehicles, pump up the tires.  Get back on the roads and trails!  May is National Bicycle month and Farmington has a challenge for everyone.

Working with Pratt & Whitney and local businesses, Explore! BFF is encouraging bicycling to destinations all over Farmington. Participants get their Explore! BFFPassports stamped at these businesses to become eligible for prizes.

It’s free!  To participate in Explore! BFF, print your copy of the Explore! BFF Passport from the BFF website or Facebook group or ask for one at any participating business. Then, from May 1-31, 2014, ride your bicycle to visit the listed businesses to collect their unique stamps.

On May 26th, give your bike a patriotic look and join BFF in Farmington’s Memorial Day Parades (details are listed in the Passport.) Bring your Passports and drop them in the box for a drawing of prizes donated by Central Wheel and other participating businesses.  Additional drop locations are listed in the Passport and accepted through May 31st.
